Digital Content Intern

🔹 Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) 🔹 Duration: Flexible (Minimum 2 months preferred) 🔹 Stipend: As per industry standards + Travel expenses covered 🔹 Work Locations: Our 8 medical outlets across Mumbai’s Western Line: Andheri East | Malad West | Borivali West | Kandivali West (2 locations) | Nalasopara | Virar | Vasai Medical Center & Hospital: Located at the Virar store premises We provide flat 25 percent disc medicines through our medical stores and deliver quality treatment through our hospital. We are looking for a Field Research & Content Intern who will interact with customers and employees to capture impactful success stories, gather Google reviews, and create content. Key Responsibilities Visit our 8 retail medical outlets, medical center, and hospital to interact with customers. Engage customers and encourage them to share their experience with our services. Request & collect 5-star Google reviews from satisfied customers. Capture photos & videos, requesting customers to share a few good lines about their experience. Identify and document success stories in the form of written content, videos, and testimonials. Gather constructive feedback from customers to help improve our services. Take high-quality pictures of our stores, employees, and customer interactions. Create Instagram and website content, showcasing our impact and customer experiences. Be courteous and professional while interacting with customers and staff.

Who Can Apply? 🎯 Passionate about social impact & storytelling. 🎯 Strong communication & interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. 🎯 Comfortable with on-field visits (this is not a remote role). 🎯 Basic photography & video skills are a plus. 🎯 Interest in content writing & social media management.
